Hello, I'm Amara! I am a multimedia journalism student at North Carolina A&T State University. I am a lover of all things art. I enjoy writing articles, short stories, and screenplays. I believe art has the power to change the world. As someone who fights for social equality, I plan to combine my love for creating with my passion for activism to reach as many people as I can and make a difference.

At North Carolina A&T State University I am studying multimedia journalism. The curriculum in the department is focused on making sure the students become well-rounded journalists and filmmakers. I love being a student in this program because there are so many opportunities for us to get involved in front of the camera and behind.
